In 2010, I was a 19-year-old girl
stepping into the world of fitness,
full of curiosity, ambition,
and a longing to feel confident in my skin.
What started as a journey
to look a certain way quickly
became a mission to understand
health, nutrition, and the human body.
And ultimately, help others reclaim theirs.
By 2013, I was stepping on
stage in bodybuilding competitions,
weighing just 54kg
But beneath the surface,
I was underfed, over-trained,
and mentally drained.
I didn’t understand calories
or macronutrients.
I just did what I was told.
Then came the crash.
By 2016, I hit my lowest point.
My weight climbed to 79.2kg.
I was in a toxic environment,
disconnected from my purpose,
and carrying shame in my body.
I gained 10kg in a week.
Clients whispered,
and I wondered if I’d ever rebuild.
But that breakdown became my breakthrough.
Fast forward to today:
I sit comfortably between 57.7kg - 59.9kg.
I love my body.
Not because of extremes,
but because of consistency,
food education, and balance.
I track macros, train with intention,
and live in alignment with my values
And I help others do the same.
